Admitted to the bar in 1954 and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, in 1958. He graduated from City College of New York and earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. He is the author of "Protecting the Construction Worker," in the Trial Lawyers Quarterly. A member of the New York State and American Bar Associations, he served as chairman of the Judicial Administration Division from 1985-1986. He is a Fellow of the American Bar Association and also a member of the New York County Lawyers Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
